TM5 Neighborhood Spotlight : Pebble Creek

This week’s spotlight is shining on one of BCS’s premiere golf course neighborhoods:: Pebble Creek!

Located off of William D. Fitch Parkway in South College Station, Pebble Creek is a beautiful community with homes ranging from $200,000 all the way into the $1,000,000 range. The Pebble Creek Country Club  just celebrated their 25th Anniversary and is one of the best golf courses in all of Brazos Valley. Pebble Creek is the perfect location if you want that quiet, small town feel while still being close to everything you could ever need.

Pebble Creek is one of the hidden gems of College Station, and as South College Station continues to expand, Pebble Creek’s properties continue to increase in value and more and more people want to move to and build. Whatever kind of home you are looking for, you can find it or create it in this beautiful neighborhood! One of my favorite things about this neighborhood is that is has clearly marked bike paths throughout. Often times you will see families biking to the country club to enjoy some of the amazing amenities offered. Some of the amenities include tennis courts and programs for all levels, a brand new aquatic center (finished Spring of 2017) and a state of the art fitness center.
